In practice: anyone coming from Al Mubarraz or the north of the oasis enters Al Hofuf on Riyadh Road or King Abdulaziz Road and then works south, while anyone arriving from Uqair or the south comes in on King Abdullah Road. Which route Google Maps actually picks depends on where you start and how the traffic is running, and we will not claim one for you.

Parking and getting to the door
The Google Maps listing states that there is a wheelchair-accessible car park, an accessible entrance and a wheelchair-accessible toilet.
